Hello!

I am excited to announce after many years of obsessively collecting cookbooks I am leveraging that obsession into a video series! Join me as I cook from some of my favorite books, take suggestions from you and learn new ways of cooking along the way.

My first installment in this series delves into hand torn noodles from the book Xi’an Famous Foods. A book based on a restaurant from NYC. Please enjoy and let me know what your favorite cookbook is!
